The company is listed on the Karachi and Lahore stock exchanges. It is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of papersacks. It commenced its operations in December 1991. The company has an installed capacity of producing 24 million bags p.a.p.s. and produced 46.62 million bags during the year 2001-2002.

As at June 30, 2002, the shareholders' equity was Rs. 226 million and it had total assets of Rs. 264 million. The company's turnover for the year ending June 30, 2002 amounted to Rs. 489 million.
